Welcome to Photo & Signature Resizer ("we", "our", or "the App"). We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring you have complete control over your files.

This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles your images, data, and permissions when you use our offline photo resizing, signature cropping, file-size compression, and format conversion tools.

2. On-Device Image Processing & Data Handling

Our core mission is to provide secure tools to help candidates and citizens prepare photos and signatures for job applications, competitive exams (such as SSC, UPSC, Banking, State Govt Forms), and official submissions without exposing private files to the internet.

🔒 Zero Server Storage: Your source images, cropped signatures, resized photos, and exported PDF documents are never uploaded to or processed on any remote server. Every algorithm (compression, dimension resizing, grayscale filter, contrast adjustment, and PDF compilation) executes 100% locally in device memory.

Local History and Saved Files

Exported Files: Saved images and PDFs are stored directly in your device's chosen storage folder (e.g., Downloads, Pictures, or custom selected directory).
Processing History: The app maintains a private local history on your device for quick access to your recent output dimensions and files.
History Deletion: You can clear your entire processing history and temporary files at any time via Settings → Clear Processing History.

3. Device Permissions Required

To deliver its features, the App may request access to certain device capabilities. Permissions are only accessed when explicitly needed:

Permission	Purpose
Camera (Optional)	Allows you to take a photo or capture a physical signature directly inside the app for immediate cropping and resizing.
Photos / Storage Access	Enables you to choose existing photos/signatures from your gallery and save exported JPG, PNG, or PDF files to your device.
Internet & Network State	Required exclusively for loading advertisements via Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Image processing does not use the internet.
Google Advertising ID (AD_ID)	Used by Google AdMob to display relevant advertisements and measure ad performance in accordance with Google Play Developer policies.

4. Third-Party Services & Advertising

The App utilizes trusted third-party SDKs to provide advertising and maintain app stability:

Google AdMob (Google LLC)

We use Google AdMob to display non-intrusive banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. Google AdMob may collect and process pseudonymous identifiers such as your device's Advertising ID, IP address, device model, and diagnostic data to deliver and personalize ads.

Ad-Free Option (Rewarded Ad)

Users have the option to watch an optional rewarded video ad in the Settings screen to receive an instant 24-hour ad-free pass that temporarily disables interstitial advertisements.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Global Compliance)

The App is designed as a general utility and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Since no personal profile or account data is stored on our servers, children's personal information is neither collected nor shared.

6. Data Security

Because all processing occurs locally within the Android app sandbox, your files benefit from Android's built-in application isolation security model. Temporary cache files generated during export are stored in private internal cache storage and pruned automatically.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Permission Control: You can grant or revoke Camera and Storage permissions at any time through your device's System Settings → Apps → Photo & Signature Resizer → Permissions.
Advertising Choices: You can reset your Google Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads at any time via your device's Settings → Google → Ads.
Data Cleansing: You can wipe all app data, custom presets, and saved history by clearing app data in Android settings or tapping Clear Processing History in the app.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect app updates or regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
